Job summary

SJ Group is seeking a Registered Architect to support the Qualified Person (Architect) in supervising architectural works and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and statutory requirements. You will conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship and materials, and coordinate with Resident Engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and site issues.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with strong knowledge of Singapore codes (BCA, URA, SCDF) and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Registered Architect with BOA Singapore or recognised equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulations, codes, and submission procedures (BCA/URA/SCDF).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QP(Arch) in supervising architectural works and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections of workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate with REs, RTOs, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups.
• Assist in as-built drawings and authority submissions.
• Maintain site records and progress updates; ensure HSE compliance.
