Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Resident Architect to supervise contractor work on site, ensuring design intent and specifications are met through witnessing inspections, testing and commissioning. You will coordinate submissions and maintain detailed project records while collaborating with the Project Manager and site team to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires a Bachelor in Architecture with at least 5 years of local experience, strong knowledge of architectural practice, Autocad, Revit

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture with at least 5 years of local work experience.
• Good knowledge of architectural practice, installation and maintenance procedures.
• Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit and Office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with designs and specs.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning sessions on site.
• Manage submissions of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples and review for compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain records of site correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval.
• Attend coordination meetings and report minutes and actions.
