Job summary

Dyson Institute in Singapore is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer – Sensors to provide technical leadership across Air Quality sensing, LiDAR, Vision Systems, and displacement sensing for Dyson products.

You will translate requirements into sensing architectures, develop algorithms using Matlab and Python, and collaborate with hardware, software, and external partners to deliver robust sensing platforms with production readiness across Dyson product lines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Physics, Robotics or Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years in sensing system design, testing and characterization.
  • Exposure to Air Quality sensing, LiDAR, Vision Systems or optical/environmental sensing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership from concept to production readiness for sensing platforms.
  • Translate product requirements into sensing architectures and data strategies.
  • Develop, tune and validate sensing algorithms using Matlab or Python.
  • Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Test and Quality teams and external partners.
