Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of product design and development experience.
• Experience with plastics, metals or engineered materials and DFM/DFA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex product assemblies from concept through production.
• Translate challenges into design requirements and interfaces for systems.
• Create, evaluate and refine concepts via prototyping, testing and data-driven decisions.
• Identify technical risks and mitigate with cross-functional teams.
• Support manufacturing release with CAD models, drawings and documentation.
• Coach and support engineers and graduates, sharing knowledge.
