Job summary

HTX is seeking architects for Enterprise Communications and Digital Infrastructure (xCDI) to architect, deploy and secure advanced sensor and ICT ecosystems for the Home Team. You will design, implement and test end-to-end solutions across networks, endpoints, and data platforms, aligning with government cybersecurity standards.

You will coordinate with multiple agencies, manage risk, and drive timely delivery while ensuring compliance with evolving policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Applicants with 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered for senior roles.
• Experience in deployment/maintenance of large-scale front-end sensors and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within schedule and budget; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Provide regular progress updates highlighting milestones, issues, and expenditures.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to deliver the system as per requirements and SLAs.
• Identify and manage project risks, recommending mitigations.
• Handle contractual and payment matters affecting projects and ensure system operations meet SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and guidelines across the system.
• Oversee integration and testing of hardware and software components per contract.
• Collaborate with external agencies and HTDs to enhance sensor systems with analytics.
• Optimize sensor deployment to minimize duplications via data engineering.
• Maintain data confidentiality, integrity and security across the system.
