Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced communications systems professional for a long-term fixed direct contract at our Changi location. You will be responsible for the delivery, operations, maintenance, and enhancement of 24/7 mission-critical communications infrastructure, coordinating across stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and international partners.

The role emphasizes system lifecycle activities, technology improvements, vendor and contract management, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the operations and maintenance of mission-critical communications, network, or infrastructure systems.
• Strong background in systems engineering, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving root cause analysis and resolution.
• Exposure to communications technologies, radio communication systems, or telecommunications environments.
• Experience managing system upgrades, enhancements, and technology refresh initiatives across both hardware and software platforms.
• Knowledge of project and contract management, including vendor and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to assess and adopt emerging technologies to improve operational performance and system reliability.
• Familiarity with aviation, regulatory, or international standards and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal teams, government agencies, vendors, and international partners.

Experienced communications systems professional responsible for the delivery, operations, maintenance, and enhancement of 24/7 mission-critical communications infrastructure. The role involves managing system lifecycle activities, driving technology improvements, overseeing vendor and contract management, and collaborating with stakeholders across operational, technical, regulatory, and international environments.
