Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Lead to lead development and coordination of BIM models across multidisciplinary teams at Alexandra Technopark. You will manage BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows, and quality control processes, and translate system designs into accurate models and drawings, including piping and equipment layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of BIM models across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows, and quality control processes.
• Support engineers by translating system designs into accurate models and drawings, including piping, equipment layouts, and utility connections.
• Perform clash detection and model reviews to resolve design conflicts.
• Deliver drawings, schematics, BIM models, and as-built documentation in accordance with project schedules.
• Mentor BIM modelers and CAD designers, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project milestones.
• Manage BIM datasets and support project BIM execution plans.

Job description

Salary: SGD 5,000 - 7,000

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6 pm

Working Location: Alexandra Technopark
