Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience with Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems (EACS), IDS, and CCTV systems.
• Experience in security system configuration, application programming, and third-party system integration is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and customer service skills with a proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 8–12 technical service members in the maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems) at client sites.
• Oversee the full service and maintenance workflow, including service planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and timely project completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing service-related issues, expectations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating technical and non-technical tasks while driving customer satisfaction and service excellence.
