Dyson Singapore is seeking a hands-on SDLC Specialist to own tool administration, configuration, and integration across the SDLC toolchain. You will support multiple engineering programmes, collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps, and improve developer experience.

You will help ensure Jira, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube and other tools remain secure, scalable, and compliant, with a focus on governance, traceability, and efficient pipelines.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience operating and configuring SDLC tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, etc.)
• Expertise in CI/CD principles, build systems, and DevOps ways of working
• Experience diagnosing issues across toolchains and integrations
• Knowledge of identity systems (SSO, LDAP, Azure AD)
• Exposure to scripting for automation (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Understanding of modern software engineering practices and workflows
• Good verbal and written Chinese & English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own Tool Integrations End-to-End across SDLC stack.
• Monitor system health, incidents, and performance of tooling.
• Configure roles, groups, and permission structures across teams.
• Provide guidance on usage patterns and best practices; develop documentation.
• Support audits, compliance, and release governance.
