Job summary

Fullerton Health Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic Platform Engineer to lead our DevSecOps initiatives in Singapore.

You will design and maintain a comprehensive CI/CD pipeline with automated security guards, and ensure a clean separation between build artifacts and deployment configurations using GitOps. You will own AppSec governance, SBOMs, image signing, and runtime security with ZAP and Falco on Kubernetes, while driving reliability, observability, and disaster-recovery plans across all

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a DevSecOps CI pipeline with automated security guardrails in the developer workflow.
Enforce a decoupled CI/CD and GitOps architecture, promoting immutable image tags across environments via a single-branch repo.
Own AppSec governance, SBOMs, container signing (Cosign), and integrate DAST (OWASP ZAP) for runtime security.
Deploy runtime security cameras (Falco) on production Kubernetes nodes to detect suspicious system calls.
Architect observability, log aggregation, and self-healing patterns; configure Argo CD for drift correction.
Define and test disaster recovery and zero-downtime rollback strategies across Dev to Production.
Deliver golden paths for new services, wiring CI/CD, observability, and security gates by default.
Drive measurable improvements in DORA metrics across the engineering organisation.
