Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Scheduler to independently plan and manage schedules for data center construction projects across all phases, ensuring alignment with milestones and owner objectives.

You will develop, analyze, and report schedules, monitor progress, and communicate risks and recovery options to stakeholders, leveraging Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Qualifications

• Equivalent professional qualification in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–10 years of project scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling and schedule logic.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed integrated project schedules across all project phases.
• Define schedule activities, sequencing, durations, logic, dependencies, and interfaces with stakeholders.
• Establish schedule baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Independently analyze schedule risks, float, constraints, and performance.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Review progress and assess impacts of variances against plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to validate updates.
• Provide coaching to junior schedulers and manage assigned work packages.
