Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) Consultant to join our team. You will lead multi-country payroll implementations, configure EC Payroll settings, and ensure best practices are followed while providing ongoing client support.

You will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, map requirements to EC Payroll, and integrate with other HR and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP EC Payroll consultant.
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts and Singapore requirements.
• Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in multi-country SAP EC Payroll implementations.
• Analyze client processes and map requirements to EC Payroll configurations.
• Configure payroll elements, deductions, and contributions.
• Integrate EC Payroll with HR and financial systems.
• Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of payroll processes.
• Train client personnel on EC Payroll usage.
