Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to lead and deliver EC implementations for enterprise customers in Singapore and the region. You will work closely with clients, project managers, functional consultants, and offshore teams to ensure successful design, configuration, and delivery.

The role requires hands-on EC configuration, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to run workshops, provide solutions, and guide data

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience with Employee Central
• Strong hands-on EC configuration experience
• Experience in large, multi-country SAP SuccessFactors projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations for enterprise customers
• Conduct business requirement workshops with HR, IT, payroll, and stakeholders
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions
• Configure Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Position Management, Workflows, and RBAC
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, test scripts, cutover plans, and training materials
• Provide guidance based on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and HR processes
