ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to lead configuration, security design (RBP) and reporting solutions across client implementations. You will guide data migrations, architecture decisions and cross-domain reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in EC, multiple end-to-end EC deployments, and strong communication and workshop facilitation skills within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
At least 2 full end-to-end Employee Central implementations.
Strong EC & Time Management configuration knowledge.
Deep hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Reporting.
Ability to independently manage client workshops and delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of overall system architecture and integration landscape.

Responsabilités

Independently configure and manage Corporate, Succession, and Country-Specific Data Models.
Oversee MDF Framework, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Position Management, and Time Management.
Guide data migration cycles, including data validation and reconciliation processes.
Design and deliver enterprise reporting solutions using Story Reports, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and Report Center.
Configure cross-domain reporting solutions.
Define reporting security architecture aligned with RBP.
Troubleshoot complex reporting issues.
