Job summary

ALLIANCE BUILDER PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer to lead safety programs and ensure compliance with the WSH Act.

You will develop and implement safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and lead colleagues to foster a strong safety culture; you will participate in ISO 45001 and report weekly safety metrics. Requirements include MOM-registered WSHO, 5+ years in large infrastructure projects, and a diligent, self-motivated mindset; salary will be

Qualifications

• Must be a registered WSHO with MOM in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of WSHE legislation including the WSH Act.
• At least 5 years of relevant WSHO experience, preferably in large infrastructure projects.
• Diligent and self-motivated.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement Safety Program.
• Ensure all work practices comply with safety policy and WSH Act.
• Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures.
• Identify problems and provide solutions.
• Lead colleagues and promote safe work culture.
• Compile reports and carry out daily safety inspections.
• Prepare and submit weekly safety reports.
• Participate in ISO 45001 implementation and audits.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
