Job summary

QES Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Officer to join our on-site team in Singapore. The role focuses on conducting safety and health inspections, identifying risks, and implementing practical measures to ensure regulatory compliance on government and construction projects.

You will assist in incident investigations, prepare reports, conduct safety trainings, and maintain safety documentation. Singaporean/PR with 5 years WSHO or construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR required.
• 5.5 days work week.
• Preferably able to start soon.
• Preferably 5 years WSHO experience in government projects (e.g. LTA, PUB, CAG, HDB).
• Preferably 5 years construction experience.
• Medically fit.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety and health inspections at workplaces and report infringements to Project Manager.
• Assist in identifying and assessing foreseeable risks arising from work processes.
• Recommend practicable measures to eliminate risks.
• Assist in preparation and submission of safety and health documents to authorities.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare preliminary reports for management.
• Attend client internal and site meetings and assist in safety trainings.
