Job summary

ALLIANCE BUILDER PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer to lead safety programs and ensure compliance with the WSH Act.

You will develop and implement safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and lead colleagues to foster a strong safety culture; you will participate in ISO 45001 and report weekly safety metrics. Qualifications

• Must be a registered WSHO with MOM in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of WSHE legislation including the WSH Act.
• At least 5 years of relevant WSHO experience, preferably in large infrastructure projects.
• Diligent and self-motivated.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement Safety Program.
• Ensure all work practices comply with safety policy and WSH Act.
• Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures.
• Identify problems and provide solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program

Job Requirements:

• Must be a registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore
• Strong knowledge of WSHE-related legislation and regulations, including the WSH Act and environmental standards
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a WSHO in Singapore, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Diligent, and self-motivated
• Salary will be commensurate with experience
