LUMINOUS HOME PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Solar Engineer / Solar Technical Expert to act as the centre of expertise for solar technology. The role blends field site work with office-based tasks, driving design support, regulatory permitting and technical training.

Initially an individual contributor, with potential to lead installation and maintenance operations. Strong hands-on capability with rooftop designs, inverters and battery systems is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• 5+ years of relevant solar/ rooftop experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore solar regulations and grid connections.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical support to project managers, installation teams and contractors.
• Own solar permitting and regulatory approvals coordination for projects.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical customer issues and troubleshooting.
• Define and improve preventive maintenance standards and technical SOPs.
• Build and strengthen solar technical capability across internal and external teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in installation, maintenance and technical processes.
