Job summary

NCS is seeking a Lead Product Engineer (Robotics) to spearhead software development for a cutting-edge robotic system. You will drive AI/ML enabled solutions, lead design and implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platforms.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and ensure robust testing and documentation while staying ahead in robotics, AI, computer vision, and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software platform development with distributed systems experience.
• 5+ years in technical leadership roles leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead software design and development for robotics platform with ML/AI integration.
• Develop and optimize ML algorithms for robotics applications to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Drive technical solutions across cross-functional teams from design to prototype deployments.
• Translate architecture into software specifications and create system diagrams and docs.
