Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, budgeting and contract administration for complex engineering and construction projects, including data centres and healthcare facilities.

You will collaborate with administration, operations and finance to ensure contractual obligations are accurately reflected in progress claims, post-contract changes, and variation procedures in a demanding EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building Sciences/Engineering.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience.
• Experience in engineering and construction.
• Preferably with data centre, hospital, heavy industrial or EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting.
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Attend to all contract administration and documentation for the project.
• Ensure stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
• RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre- and post-contract stages.
• Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support in Variation and Claim procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management.
