Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Commercial professional to support daily operations, cost and budget reporting, and contract administration on mission-critical projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of contracting, RFQ processes with subcontractors, progress claims, variation and claim procedures, and strong coordination with administration, operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Sciences or Engineering.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in engineering and construction.
• Experience in data centre, hospital, heavy industrial or EPC contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager with daily commercial operations.
• Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting.
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Attend to all contract admin & documentation for the project.
• Ensure stakeholders (administration, operations, finance) understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
• RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
• Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
• Support in Variation and Claim procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management.
