Job summary

Peak Ocean Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Quality Assurance professional to lead the QMS across company and project teams, ensuring ISO standards are met.

You will develop documentation, drive audits (internal, supplier, and certification), manage CAPA, and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement.

With a degree in engineering and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, you bring at least 10 years of QA experience in EPC or fabrication environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor with auditing experience.
• At least 10 years in QA and QMS management within EPC or fabrication yard.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Company and Project Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented across all departments and project teams.
• Develop, maintain, and control QMS documentation, including Quality Manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal, external, supplier, and certification audits.
• Ensure audit findings are properly documented, addressed, and closed within agreed timelines.
• Conduct project, supplier, and vendor quality audits to verify compliance with project and quality requirements.
• Lead the management of non-conformances and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support problem-solving activities across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
• Perform process and project risk assessments and monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, certification bodies, and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.

Job Requirements
