Job summary

HANWHA OFFSHORE ENGINEERING SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Quality Lead to manage the Company and Project QMS, ensuring ISO compliance and effective audit execution across EPC projects and fabrication yards.

You will develop and control QMS documents, lead audits, manage CAPA, and drive continuous improvement with strong stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience in leading audits, CAPA, and QMS documentation across EPC/fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain QMS to meet ISO standards across the company and projects.
• Coordinate internal, external, supplier, and certification audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Lead CAPA program and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor QMS KPIs, prepare management reports and support risk assessments.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project teams on quality matters.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Company and Project Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented across all departments and project teams.
• Develop, maintain, and control QMS documentation, including Quality Manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal, external, supplier, and certification audits.
• Ensure audit findings are properly documented, addressed, and closed within agreed timelines.
• Conduct project, supplier, and vendor quality audits to verify compliance with project and quality requirements.
• Lead the management of non-conformances and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support problem-solving activities across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
• Perform process and project risk assessments and monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, certification bodies, and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and QMS management within EPC projects or fabrication yard environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing processes, CAPA, and quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting internal, supplier, and certification audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
