Job summary

Peak Ocean PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Quality Management System (QMS) leader to oversee ISO-aligned processes across EPC projects and fabrication yards. You will manage QMS documentation, audits, CAPA, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a degree in engineering, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, and 10+ years in QA/QMS within EPC or fabrication environments. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and QMS management within EPC projects or fabrication yard environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing processes, CAPA, and quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting internal, supplier, and certification audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain QMS to ensure ISO compliance.
• Implement QMS processes across departments and project teams.
• Develop, maintain, and control QMS documentation including Quality Manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Plan, coordinate, and support audits (internal, external, supplier, and certification).
• Document, address, and close audit findings within agreed timelines.
• Lead the management of non-conformances and CAPA actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving across the organization.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, certification bodies, and project teams on quality matters.
• Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.

• Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented across all departments and project teams.
