Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead delivery of Workplace Technology Solutions projects across corporate environments. You will manage end-to-end execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and successful deployment of AV, UCC, smart office, and digital workplace initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in workplace technology, IT infrastructure, AV integration, or related industries.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Must have experience working on-site at clients’ locations

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, through to project closure.
• Lead workplace technology projects involving AV systems, UCC, smart office technologies, meeting room solutions, workplace infrastructure upgrades, and digital workplace initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, escalations, and change requests effectively.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, workplace safety requirements, and quality assurance processes.
• Support testing, commissioning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project handover activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational processes.
