Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead planning, execution and maintenance of landscape projects in a premium hospitality setting. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in similar roles, a landscape architecture background, and strong supervisory and English communication skills. The role supports shifts and weekend coverage in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in managing contractors and large-scale premium environments.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: establish objectives, scope of work, deliverables and schedules.
• Project Execution: coordinate meetings, permits, risk assessments and contractor activities.
• Project Monitoring: track milestones, quality, safety and progress reports.
• Project Closure: ensure deliverables are completed, documents are in order and learnings captured.
• Maintenance: oversee landscape and pest control plans for operational readiness.
