Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced Assistant/Project Manager to lead complex A&A projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate consultants, interfaces with owners and suppliers, and ensure delivery through design, tender and construction phases while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong budgeting, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with a focus on integration across Facilities, IT and Security.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields required.
• Professional qualifications relating to the fields are an advantage.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience on large-scale properties.
• Ability to read complex architectural and services drawings and codes.

Responsibilities

• Build consultant team base via RFP and tender process and ensure integration with owners teams.
• Coordinate and build relationships with Owner, local contacts and suppliers.
• Ensure project brief is maintained through concept, design development, tender and construction phases.
• Coordinate and attend project update meetings and presentations.
• Monitor and report on project budget status; contribute to QS costing.
• Oversee contractor interviews and tendering; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead cross-department collaboration with IT, Security and Facilities for seamless integration.
• Manage project hand-over/pre-opening activities and regular sponsor updates.
