Job summary

FU XIANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Project Director to steer daily operations across multiple RC structural sites in Singapore. You will oversee manpower planning, rebar logistics, site safety, design review, and strict cost control to drive project success.

Lead site teams, review shop drawings, coordinate with main contractors, and ensure high quality and HSE compliance while delivering on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15+ years in construction with at least 5+ years in a senior management role (Project Director / Senior Project Manager) at a specialist RC sub-contractor.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure RC structure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multi-site RC projects to ensure milestones, structural timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Manage project site managers, engineers, and superintendents as the senior escalation point for bottlenecks.
• Oversee rebar scheduling and material logistics, including C&B lists and deliveries.
• Review and approve structural shop drawings, rebar detail drawings, and method statements; resolve RFIs.
• Ensure strict adherence to inspection schedules to maintain concrete quality and compliance.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and manage budgets, costs, and subcontractor payments.
