Job summary

PROSPECT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on on-site supervisor to manage day-to-day construction operations for an HDB RC subcontract. You will lead a team of supervisors and workers to carry out rebar and formwork works, aligned with the main contractor’s schedule, safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordination with the main contractor and timely resolution of on-site issues, along with preparing bar bending schedules and planning activities for RC labour resources.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site construction teams.
• Ability to plan and schedule RC works.
• Hard working, hands-on and independent.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of construction project.
• Lead team of supervisors and workers on site to execute RC structure works (rebar and formwork).
• Coordinate with main contractor and resolve site issues.
