FU XIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Director to lead, oversee, and optimize daily RC operations across multiple sites.

You will manage manpower, rebar logistics, safety, and cost control while reviewing drawings and coordinating with main contractors. The role demands 10–15+ years in construction with strong leadership in a specialist RC subcontractor. The position requires strong technical mastery of RC cycles, formwork, and cost estimation, with proficiency in AutoCAD,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Eng or equivalent.
10–15+ years in construction, with 5+ years in senior management.
Proven track record managing multi-site RC projects.
Deep knowledge of RC cycles, formwork, rebar, and concrete mixes.
Proficiency in reading drawings and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across all site RC projects to meet milestones and quality.
Manage site managers, engineers, and superintendents as senior escalation point.
Establish SOPs for logistics, pours, and formwork cycles.
Plan manpower allocation across multi-site schedules.
Recruit, vet, and onboard key operational personnel.
Monitor productivity metrics and adjust crew sizing.
Oversee rebar scheduling, C&B lists, deliveries, and placement.
Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.
Ensure QA inspections and conformance with safety rules.
Manage budgets, cost tracking, and variation orders.
Lead safety audits and root-cause analyses on incidents.
