Job summary

GSK Singapore is seeking an Operations Technician to lead day-to-day production activities, coach operators and collaborate with engineers and quality colleagues to ensure safe, compliant and reliable supply. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or technical trades.
• Practical experience operating and maintaining production or utility equipment.
• Clear written and spoken English and strong record‑keeping skills.
• Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring team members in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform shift production activities during the day shift to meet safety, quality and output targets.
• Perform set-up, changeovers and handovers with correct procedures and documentation.
• Coach and mentor junior technicians and operators through on‑the‑job training and feedback.
• Carry out routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance and preventative tasks with engineers for complex fixes.
• Support investigations into operational issues, gather evidence, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead small improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste or improve quality.
• Own safe and compliant operations across your area daily.
• Ensure batch records, logbooks and documents meet good documentation practice.
