Job summary

You will drive target achievement, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet schedules and quality standards. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong knowledge of lean methods, and a focus on cleanroom processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with manufacturing focus.
• Strong knowledge of production management systems and lean methods.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor processes.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Run and develop assigned area to meet goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and discuss with relevant departments.
• Plan production schedules to reduce idle and cycle times.
• Optimize manpower allocation per operation.
• Investigate scrap, nonconformity and inefficiencies.
• Improve production efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
• Prepare and monitor workflow, quality and safety documentation.
