Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, output and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to production plans, quality and requirements.
• Manage manpower, equipment and material allocation to maximize productivity.
• Ensure smooth shift operations by minimizing disruptions and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead, coach and motivate production operators and technicians to achieve goals.
• Conduct daily shift briefings on priorities, safety, and operational updates.
• Monitor employee performance and support development through feedback and training.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost efficiency.
