Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is hiring for a Lead Product Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap of the Future Courts Management System (fCMS) in Singapore. You will collaborate with Engineering and Design leads to discover, prioritise and deliver outcomes that are valuable, usable, feasible, secure and scalable for the Judiciary’s digital transformation.

Experience leading complex digital products, platforms or enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

Shape product strategy for fCMS domains with roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Work in a product trio with Engineering and Design to deliver valuable, usable, feasible, secure and scalable solutions.
Understand users and court operations by engaging judges, officers, lawyers and court staff to identify where digital products can make the greatest difference.
Deliver value incrementally using modern product and engineering practices to reduce delivery risk and learn from usage.
Shape a secure and adaptable platform supporting evolving court processes, policies, data needs and resilience.
Build alignment by communicating product direction and coaching Product Managers.
