Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Access to Justice and Regulation at the Ministry of Law (MinLaw) to drive the product strategy and transform two major verticals. You will own the portfolio, align policy outcomes with user needs, and build a capable product team that works closely with agency stakeholders.

You will partner with policy, operations, engineering and design to deliver outcomes, while coaching Product Managers and ensuring decisions are grounded in

• Experience leading digital products in government or regulated domains.
• Proven ability to translate policy into product outcomes.
• Strong driving of product discovery and delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy across two domains: Access to Justice and Regulation.
• Lead and coach Product Managers, granting autonomy to solve problems.
• Define outcome measures and use evidence to improve results beyond features.
• Drive transition from projects to enduring products and platforms.
• Partner with policy and operations to understand intent and constraints.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure desirable, feasible, and viable solutions.
• Navigate trade-offs balancing accessibility, safeguards, and cost.
