Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a seasoned product manager to lead the Learning & Skills portfolio, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery outcomes. You will own the backlog, drive alignment across domains, refine requirements, and ensure readiness for delivery with vendor teams.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and experience with Agile delivery, CET-focused education tech is a plus.

[What the role is]

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day product management of the Learning & Skills portfolio by translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlog priorities and delivery outcomes.

[What we are looking for]

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
