Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an experienced product manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Learning & Skills portfolio, turning strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery outcomes. You will own the product backlog, align cross-domain stakeholders, refine requirements, and ensure readiness for delivery, while monitoring performance and supporting governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise application delivery.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education tech or related domains is an advantage.
