Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of Diffusion & Implant engineers.
• Own and drive DF and IMP process module development and characterization.
• Lead transfer of processes to high-volume manufacturing and pilot ramp.
• Drive DOE-based experiments and data-driven methodologies to optimize performance.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to improve process understanding and optimization.
