SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Preschool Coordinator in Singapore at Alexandra.

You will plan and implement weekly schedules and programmes for preschoolers, observe lessons, and provide feedback to staff to improve pedagogy and delivery. You'll manage staff scheduling to maintain staff-to-child ratios, ensure safety, cleanliness, and a positive learning environment, and assist with field trips, family matters, and admin duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder in Early Childhood Care and Education or L2 certificate recognised by ECDA.
• At least 3 years' experience in a pre-school setting.
• Dedicated with positive working attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literate.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement the weekly schedule and programme(s) for preschool children in accordance with the Kindergarten Care guide.
• Observe lessons being conducted in the classrooms and provide feedback to Programme Staff on pedagogy and lesson delivery.
• Plan holiday field trips and ad-hoc activities.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling to maintain staff-to-child ratio at all times, including transition periods.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of all furniture, furnishings, fittings, equipment and play resources.
• Work with external stakeholders on menu plans, teaching resources, survey evaluation results and contingency plans.
• Assist with financial reporting, receipts and expenses.
• Assist with staff management and child-parent matters.
• Ensure that the Centre Premises is clean, hygienic and well-maintained at all times.
• Ensure the safety and good well-being of each individual child.
• Maintain an appropriate atmosphere of safety, learning, and fun, in line with school’s philosophy.
• Perform classroom-teaching duties during the absence of Programme staff.
