Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Preschool Centre Principal to steer overall school goals, curriculum alignment, and staff leadership across our islandwide locations in Singapore.

You will lead a team of early childhood teachers, ensure compliance with ECDA licensing, and drive high standards in education, care, and operations while engaging with parents to build trust and support. This role requires strategic oversight and strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with Leadership emphasis or ECDA-recognised equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Preschool Principal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to set goals and curriculum objectives for the school.
• Lead a team of teachers to deliver quality education and holistic development for children.
• Oversee strategic direction and overall preschool management.
• Communicate with parents and build trust to address concerns promptly.
• Handle ECDA licensing matters and renewals with government agencies.
• Establish policies, procedures and programs to meet educational standards.
• Review policies and programs to raise standards across current and future preschools.
• Ensure daily operations comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor teachers to improve performance and collaboration.
• Implement center programs, initiatives and events.
• Manage center administration and enrollment.
• Determine licensing, health and safety regulations and regulatory agency requirements.
• Manage and optimize center resources and prepare budgets.
