RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Quality Control Manager for a precision engineering and CNC machining specialist in Singapore.

You will lead the QC function, oversee inspection activities, and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, 5+ years in QC within CNC/precision manufacturing, and hands-on experience with CMM, GD&T, and FAI.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ QC experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.
Strong GD&T, CMM, FAI, and quality tooling knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QC function within a precision machining and manufacturing environment.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure parts meet customer specs.
Supervise QC Inspectors including daily work allocation, training, and performance development.
Oversee the use of CMM and precision measurement equipment for inspection.
Review and approve FAI reports and support NPI documentation for high-tolerance components.
Manage NCRs and lead root-cause investigations (8D, 5-Why).
Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Production, and Engineering to resolve issues.
Monitor supplier quality and support supplier qualification and audits.
Lead supplier and external vendor audits as required.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 or customer quality standards.
