Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in investment management, trading or financial services tech.
• Proficient in Rust, C#/.NET, Java or Python.
• Strong background in high-performance, concurrent distributed systems.
• Experience with messaging/streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, Solace, RabbitMQ).
• Proven technical leadership with mentoring and hands-on coding.
• Strong knowledge of modern software practices: Git, automated testing, CI/CD.
• Experience using AI coding assistants or agentic tools.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver mission-critical platforms for post-trade lifecycle.
• Own architecture, lead design, coding, reviews and production delivery.
• Drive end-to-end trade processing capabilities across lifecycle events.
• Integrate new financial products, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Lead technical decisions and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
