• Ten or more years in investment management or financial-services tech.
• Ten or more years of professional software engineering leadership and ownership of complex production systems.
• Ten or more years programming in Rust, C#/.NET, Java or Python with high-performance concurrent software.
• Ten or more years building scalable, event-driven distributed systems using Kafka, Kinesis, Solace or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with AI coding assistants or agentic development tools to support delivery and quality.
• At least ten years of modern software delivery practices (Git, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Three or more years guiding technical decisions and leading engineers while staying hands-on.
• Strong communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture and delivery of high-throughput, distributed trade-processing systems.
• Spend majority of time on hands-on engineering, including design, coding, reviews and delivery.
• Lead end-to-end trade lifecycle capabilities (capture, allocation, settlement, reconciliation).
• Onboard new products onto the platform with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions to support delivery.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions with global teams.
• Shape the technical roadmap balancing priorities with resilience and maintainability.
