Job summary

Savour Society (Under The Hamper Story) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Pastry Lead to manage all aspects of pastry production. You will oversee planning, production, and presentation of desserts, chocolates, and artisanal bakes, ensuring top quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, optimizing kitchen workflow, supervising a pastry team, and maintaining strict food-safety standards across all outlets and events.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in pastry, bakery, or confectionery production.
• Experience in hotels, pastry kitchens, Bakery, Cake shop or hospitality establishments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of artisanal baking, dessert production, and chocolate work.
• Ability to independently manage pastry operations from planning to execution.
• Experience in SOP development, kitchen workflow management, and quality control.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation.
