Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to lead engineering execution across FEED and EPC scopes, aligning with project requirements, standards, and delivery priorities. The role acts as a key lead between project management, engineering disciplines, clients, vendors, and other partners to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in offshore engineering or project engineering management.
• Experience as EPM, engineering coordinator, lead engineer, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EPC workflows: FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary execution, schedules and interfaces.
• FPSO/ offshore topside or offshore facility project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for assigned projects and scopes across FEED and EPC phases.
• Develop schedules and manpower plans aligned with milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate design inputs/outputs across disciplines and lead meetings.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and classification societies to ensure alignment.
• Manage scope changes, risk mitigation actions, and governance compliance.
