Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Engineer to maintain resilient IT infrastructure and secure systems. You will lead root-cause analyses, perform proactive and corrective maintenance, and manage incidents and problems to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities include advising on capacity planning, applying robust security controls, and documenting configurations and post-incident analyses. The role involves collaboration with client teams and service providers, with 24x7 standby as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in IT infrastructure management and/or information security.
• Deep expertise across hardware, software, networking and security.
• Proven IT operations management with patching and performance monitoring.
• Strong skills in Windows and RHEL, plus network devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analyses and escalate complex infrastructure issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure.
• Run incident and problem management following SLAs.
• Advise clients on capacity planning and performance improvements.
• Apply security controls including patching, access, and hardening.
• Ensure security patches and changes follow Change/Release processes.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and generate incident/post-mortems.
• Collaborate with client teams and service providers for integrated IT/OT.
• Communicate risks and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Work autonomously with prioritisation and ownership of tasks.
• Support 24x7 standby duties as required.
