Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior AI/ML leader for the HBM Product and System Engineering organization in Singapore.

You will build predictive models, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and engineering efficiency. The role requires 5+ years in ML/data science with leadership experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and cloud deployment expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ML, data science, or predictive-modeling experience, including at least 2 years as a people manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to mentor engineers and data scientists.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; practical experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Cloud experience deploying ML pipelines in production across GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members to foster growth and high performance.
• Lead a team of engineers, set direction, review modeling work, and hire/onboard to raise technical standards.
• Design, train, validate, and productionize predictive models for yield, reliability, and engineering insights.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex problems into AI/ML solutions and drive deployment decisions.
