Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore seeks a Principal/Snr/Product Engineer in Advanced Data Analytics within the HIG HBM PE group. You will spearhead a high-performing team to drive yield and quality improvements using ML/AI, data mining, and predictive analytics.

Collaborate across Fab, Design, and Quality teams to deliver impactful, scalable data solutions. You will mentor peers, develop robust data infrastructure, and promote innovation to maintain a competitive edge, focusing on KPIs such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience in Micron Product Engineering or the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Strong skills in data analytics, data extraction, and analysis tools (JMP, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ML techniques (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Programming in Python, R, SQL; web tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration across teams to solve complex problems.

• Lead initiatives to significantly enhance yield and quality through advanced data analytics.
• Develop ML/AI algorithms for data mining, pattern recognition, and reliability.
• Build data infrastructure and cloud-enabled pipelines supporting engineering assessments.
• Mentor team members and foster innovation within the HIG PE organization.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM TD/Design, System Development, Quality/Reliability teams.
• Drive AI/ML deployment to improve KPIs like quality, cost, cycle time, and scale.
