Job summary

Micron Technology, Singapore, is seeking a senior analytics leader to guide global engineering and analytics teams, driving data-driven improvements across yield, process and product outcomes.

You will build data pipelines, develop dashboards with Dash/Plotly/Streamlit, apply ML for defect reduction, and mentor engineers across multiple disciplines. This role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing, yield and planning leaders to ensure high-quality releases and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• Masters in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 12+ years total experience with 2–3 years leading global Analytics/Data Science teams.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing data and DOE/DOE-like experiments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global analytics and engineering teams across multiple levels.
• Analyze inline/param/probe data to improve yield and process performance.
• Build data pipelines from SQL databases and tool logs to support operations.
• Apply data science and ML to troubleshoot yield issues and defect reduction.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards for engineering stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi-stream delivery with governance and dependency alignment.
