Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead global analytics and engineering teams. You will drive yield improvement, data pipelines, and ML models to support semiconductor manufacturing. Qualifications

• Masters in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering required.
• Minimum 12+ years total experience with 2–3 years leading global Analytics or Data Science teams.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and fabrication processes preferred.
• Strong Python and SQL data extraction/manipulation skills.
• Proven ability to mentor talent and influence architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global analytics and engineering teams across levels.
• Drive yield and process optimization using data-driven methods.
• Build data pipelines and automate datasets from SQL, sensors, and tool logs.
• Apply advanced analytics and ML to troubleshoot yield issues.
• Support DOE experiments to improve capabilities and margins.
• Create automated dashboards to communicate results to engineers.
• Manage multi‑stream delivery with governance and alignment.
